I Call for a California State Constitutional Convention!
I wrote two Articles for the California State Constitution: Article 36, to allow us as voters to call for a Constitutional Convention, and Article 37 that calls for the Convention, and sets up the process of selection of Delegates and sets that same process in motion. I am now at work organizing all 80 Assembly Districts in California to successfully complete the signature drive to qualify my Initiatives for the ballot on June 8th 2010.
